Team Registration Information

The Plane Pull is a fun team competition.  Team trophies are awarded in several categories, plus team members earn incentives based on their own individual contributions collected.

  • A team is made up of 25 people; the team must raise a minimum of $1000 through fundraisers, pledges, or company sponsorship ($50 per person).
  • Each team member receives a team t-shirt with their name or logo on the back (registration deadline for custom shirts is September 7, 2010).
  • Teams receive a plaque and have a team photo taken at the event
  • Teams are recognized on the event website and in promotional material

NEW for 2010… On Site Team HospitalityTeams with a combined total of $5000 or more earn 25 wristbands for entrance into the Plane Pull VIP tent! Shelter from the sun, food and beverages, music and prizes for all team members (goal must be met by September 22nd).

 

How to raise money

    • Get your company to sponsor you, or to match the funds your team raises on their own.
    • Build your own webpage on our On-line giving site and circulate to everyone you know.  Ask people to sponsor you – it’s quick, easy and safe – just go to www.firstgiving.com\sova,
    • Host your own fundraising event or activity (Try an Ice cream sundae bar at work, bagel sales, raffle, car wash or garage sale).  Ask us for a fundraising guide for ideas and how-to’s.
